Ways to Keep The Heart Healthy

The heart is one of the most important organs in our body. One thing that is quite noticeable now is that the number of heart attacks is increasing day by day. There was a time when heart attacks were seen in the fifties.

It was even written in the book that women have fewer heart attacks. But now it is not seen like that because now many people are having heart attacks even at the age of 25-30.  Again, women and many heart attacks are being seen.

And so in today's article, we will know some important tips to keep the heart well.:

  • The first step is to develop a good diet to keep the heart-healthy. For example: eat more green leafy vegetables. Meat provides protein but red meat raises cholesterol for blood vessels in the heart. Avoid big fish fat, and fatty fish, and make it a habit to eat vegetables.

  • The next thing to keep in mind is to exercise regularly. There are many ways to keep the heart safe if a good habit of regular exercise can be developed. If you ever eat too much, exercise will burn it. Exercising regularly increases the blood supply to the body and prevents the formation of blocks in the heart.

  • The next thing to keep in mind is the check-up. There are two things we must check-up. And that is pressure and diabetes. Pressure and diabetes come very quietly. And so after a certain age, the pressure and diabetes must be checked. Pressure and diabetes can both damage the heart in different ways.

  • The fourth thing to keep in mind is "diabetes". Diabetes is not usually understood because in many cases it is seen that if there is diabetes and there are no symptoms. So through testing, we must make sure that there is no diabetes and if there is, then the treatment can be started by diagnosing it quickly. Otherwise, diabetes will damage the blood vessels.

  • After all, a good night's sleep is essential for the body. At a certain time, you need to sleep and take rest so that your body activities are managed properly.

Remember, if you are in an unhealthy life then a heart attack, brain stroke etc. can affect you quickly. If we are aware of these things in advance so that the disease can be prevented rather than treated, then insha'Allah many complex problems can be avoided.
